Haha! Ironically, I’ve just installed a new immersion heater in my copper tank. Took a whole day to drain the hot tank and storage tank. Yeap, these houses were cheaply built 30 yrs ago and there’s no way to shut off the gravity feed! And I still can’t work out why it drained so slowly. But I would plum love to inspect your plumbing Barbara. :¬P
